Duties and Responsibilities:
Monitor and keeping track of work progress throughout the construction process and comparing
this with the target baseline/contract baseline.
Monitor and assist Site Planners.
Prepare bi-monthly progress reports using Primavera (P6) and Excel softwares.
Updates Bi-Monthly Actual vs. Baseline S-Curves.
Create detail reports based on the main schedule.
Create manpower histograms based on manpower loaded on schedule.
Analyze and study current project status and provide necessary corrective recommendations and
actions to ensure that the project is on track.
Prepare lookahead schedules.
Create custom schedules:
eg. Blockwork schedule
Micro planning
Accelerated schedule
Conducting site visits on regular basis and collect necessary data as required to study project
progress and work schedule completion.
Prepare tender programs.
Prepare/Update project Cashflows for Individual or Multiple Projects.
Create a recovery schedule for delayed schedules.
Prepare Extension of Time claim if needed.
