Role & Duties:

Preparing monthly schedul updates, weekly reports, top management reports, client reporting, progress monitoring, maintaining sub contractor's schedules, ..... 

·         Reviews Contractor’s planning and progress report submittals, prepares letters to the Contractor and addresses accuracy and quality of the submissions. 

·         Reviews multiple Contractors’ schedules on the Programme to identify planning coordination issues and any adverse impact on Baseline Schedules, providing advice on efficient work activity sequencing and resequencing. 

• Prepare construction program of works related to Civil /Structural/ID /MEP / Firefighting & Fire alarm/ELV discipline wise detailed man-hours , cash flow, dashboards, s-curves using Primavera P6 & MS Project and ensure that the Project Plan reflects the project scope and is fully resourced and cost loaded in reference to the BOQ and Engineering drawings issued for site construction.
• Prepare Revised Program for the remaining works and recovery program.
• Check and Update program of works as required for the project through close out, integrating contractor and prog

1. Planning to replace main Cryogenic Heat Exchanger

2   Create Notification, Material Identification and Material Order in SAP

3.  Reservation of material using SAP

4.  Preparation of detailed Level III and Level IV integrated shutdown / turnaround Execution Plan with resources & Prepare man-hours analysis

5.  Prepare Detail Package against each Work Request for execution.

6.  Responsible for the overall planning, development and monitoring of a project and maintain the project planning system and procedures.

Creating master programme and submit for approval as clause 8 contractual programme.(Pre-commencement, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning & Handover)

Critical path analysis of the contractual programme.

Prepare cost estimation and schedule bar chart plan. 

Track, monitor and forecast progress of all activities and deliverables.

Develop and update resource histogram

Package BP-01: Infrastructure (483,828,358.42 S.R. Contract Value):

• This package comprises but is not limited to the following; Demolition and removal of materials above original surface, Cut & Fill, Construction of Roads, Storm Drainage System, Potable & Fire Water Distribution System, Sanitary Waste Water Collection, Waste Water Treatment Plant, Irrigation System, Hardscape for Sidewalks, Boundary Walls and Electro-Mechanical works.
