Lead Planner - Bus Rapid Transport / Riyadh Metro - (SAR 4.3B)

Key Responsibilities:

·         Ensure the Contractor is maintaining all planning policies and procedures

·         Advising ADA-SM on all issues that might impact programme dates.

·         Coordinating and mitigating the impact of other contractors working within our site area.

·         Advising ADA-SM on the resource requirements for phases 2 and 3.

·         Reporting progress to senior management

·         Performing schedule risk analysis to increase likelihood of achieving key milestone dates.

·         Assess impacts of change / delay analysis.

·         Implementing project controls and procedures for the project.
