- Develop from the contractual programme a working level 4 programme for the civil, equipment installation, cable installation and pre-commissioning work (Static Var Compensators, Harmonic Filters, Unisafe 22kV Switchgear) at 7 bulk load sites around the LUL rail network.
- Liaise with ABB Sweden, Alfreton, and Ellesmere Port on the delivery and Factory Acceptance Test dates.
- Weekly site visits to review and collaborate progress and attend site vendor meetings.
- Produce progress reports to the client as per period payment profiles.
- At completion of installation stage, project planning handed over to Northern Line Planner for commissioning completion.
