I am a seasoned professional Planner/Scheduler with 17 years of Project and Construction Management experience in Engineering, Construction, and commissioning of projects.
My experience spans a wide range of projects including Energy (refineries, Pump stations & LNG Onshore/Offshore facilities), Mining, residential & commercial large-scale buildings.
I have led and managed teams of planners, schedulers to help clients control projects and manage risks through various project phases.
In my last position as a Sr. Planner/Scheduler for Imperial Oil Ltd, I effectively supported the project controls team and helped manage the construction activities of the MLMR Project in Fort McMurray, Alberta, Canada.
Further, I managed to increase labor productivity by performing work front analysis technique that helped reducing project cost while increasing work efficiency and deliverables' quality.
I achieved this by augmenting full time controls of project schedule and comparing estimated staff plans with actual field staff and then stream line the information exchange while providing performance analysis as needed.
My passion for the CM industry advancement and the use of new technology has led me to go study for a Master’s degree at ’NDSU’s Construction management dept., USA 2003.
Later I joined the AACE International where I was able to finalize my research and give out speech about my thesis (Las Vegas, 2006) on advanced scheduling techniques:
Topic: Project risk management using Monte Carlo simulation.
Specialties:
My specialty is to optimize projects’ cost, schedule and other resources. I achieve that by managing the integration between technology and people using my technical, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
My track work record has proven that with this strategy I have improved the efficiency of both work and business process leading to quality /timely delivered projects.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
