My attached resume, outlines my extensive professional experience in the areas of
project management, planning and scheduling in Nuclear, Environmental,
Chemical, Petroleum and petrochemical industries.
I have worked for various major oil refineries, oil fields, nuclear and non
nuclear energy projects. As such, I have gained expert level skills in
utilizing the available resources through different optimizing techniques in
order to accomplish the organizational objectives and goals. I am a dedicated
and highly motivated leader, to guide, empower team players to meet the demands
of a challenging environment and to control the preparation; monitoring and
updating of the specific elements of the project level 2 and 3 schedules. I
possess Sound knowledge of project management techniques (i.e., Critical Path
method, Earned Value Technique) and experience in work and resource planning,
budgeting, monitoring, analyzing and reporting In addition, I have the ability
to prepare reports and other documentation as required by the postion and
support the preparation of project estimates, budgets, and detailed cost
engineering

Great deal of knowledge in Enterprise Portfolio Scheduling Software tools (Primavera P5, P6)
Experience with ERP systems for identifying and reporting actual costs posted to projects
Experience with Cost Engineering concepts (project estimating, forecasting, cost controls and
variance reporting)
- Experience with Integrated Data Management Tools such as Crystal Reports, MS Excel, MS Access,
Business Objects, Xcelsius, Oracle, etc.
- Maintain and upgrade project status, as necessary generating, maintaining, analyzing and reporting the
Program Schedule with inputs from program team and Program Manager.
- Generating, reviewing and analyzing Program cost and budget reports (weekly/monthly as required)
with support from program team and Program Manager
Creating WBS structure and associated network numbers in SAP
- Liaise and coordinate with master scheduler and purchasing to ensure procurement and production are
in-line with program plan
- Liaise with facility planner to ensure environment bookings are in-line with program plan.
- Expertise in Construction project planning and scheduling experience
- Heavy industry experience especially with power generation or power plant
- Analyzes variances in cost and schedule performance against the plan, and communicates the reasons
for the issuance of variance and proposed mitigation plans to Project
Management
- Provides meaningful accurate historical data
- Self perform EPC project experience
- Experience as a Cost and Scheduler for a large-sized project
- Participated in the development and implementation of training courses and mentoring of Project
Controls personnel
- Implements the Work Breakdown and Project Coding Structures to ensure that data are converted
correctly from the original estimate to the Project Control system
- Establishes baseline budgets, cash flows, financial indicators, progress plans, andproject schedule
I have an excellent safety record which resulted in
my nomination as a Safety Committee Member for several years and won safety
award while employed by Exxon-Mobil refinery. My educational background has
provided me a strong foundation upon which I have built my analytical and
presentation skills. In addition, my professional experiences have enhanced my
communication and interpersonal skills with both Technical and Process
operation groups. Having the ability to work independently and in team
situations, I am adept at working in fast paced environments.
