Assist Markets Manager organize booths : - main contact person for the attendees/delegates before, during and after the event- creation of the booths in collaboration with service providers- assist attendees with navigating the venue or locating fellow delegates Assist Markets Manager organize booths for the French delegation : - manage registration for the French delegation- creation of the booths in collaboration with service providers - help create brochures and newsletters- help organize and set-out catering (cocktails)- liaise with suppliers to support the successful delivery of goods or services
