- Accountable for compliance and implementation of the work process within the planing and maintenance teams
- Serves as the process owner for the maintenance roles, including planning, and responsible for process implementation use
- Enhance and drives improvement to Maintenance Function Work Process
- Interfaces with the Customer, Operation, to define the work to be done and determines requirements and priorities
- Delivers skills necessary to apply the work process, ensures that team members understand the work process
- Ensures implementation of most effective technology
- Lead and participate in the identification and selection of new planning and maintenance members
- Measures the efficiency of the work process and initiates changes for improvements and fast knowledge transfer
