I am degree Mechanical Engineer with 11 years experience in EPC Projects including “FEED Engineering” as a Planning/Scheduling, Cost and Project Controls in Oil & Gas Business. I have comprehensive experience in Project Management, Cost & Contracts Management, Material Management as well as Document Management.
I am responsible for the co-ordination and management of all Project Controls including basic and detail Planning/Scheduling & Cost Controlling on various Project including the development and production of detailed Plans/Schedules & Costing for FEED Design, Basic Design, Detail Design & Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Pre-commissioning and Commissioning of the project through to successful completion using current Planning/Cost techniques and tools, ensuring that effective Planning, Cost Controlling and analysis processes are in place and implemented, to support management reporting and decision making.
I have executed several projects having process area & utilities which includes Nickel Mines (Metallurgical Plant) Olefins, Phenolics, Ethylene glycol, Petroleum Refinery, Air Separation Unit, Cooling Towers, Sea Water Intake, and Sulphur Forming Unit & Substations.
I am efficient in creating WBS, Progress S-curve, Histogram, Earn Value, PBS, Cost Coding, Cash flow and Forecasting Trends. I work proactively with the contractors to update the most correct status of Planning & Cost on a daily, weekly & monthly basis.
I reported directly to the Site Manager, Project Managers and Project Control Managers on various projects and assist them with schedules, mini schedules of the critical area which measure progress & productivity, Cost Report, Trends Forecast Report, Cash Flow Report for them.
I worked closely with the General Contractor, Material Control Manager, Sr. Buyer & Logistic Control Manager to expedite & integrate into the actual planning & Costing Report.
I have excellent Computer Software skills related to Projects Planning & Cost Management such as Primavera (3.1, 6), Microsoft Project, Qtrax & TOSTR (KBR own Software) and iPAS PC (Hatch own Software run on Citrix for Costing ) and spreadsheets such as Excel, Microsoft word for Planning & Costing Data base.
