Assigned to work on various tender projects valued ranging from £5 million to £50 m NEC contract project. Involved in tendering & interfacing variety of clients Kier / Balfour Beatty Ltd / Berkley Homes (Red Row Ltd). Scope included construction planning, tender planning, building / managing risk and mitigation register.

  • Plan structure and lead the creation of tender programme of work as according to scope of works.
  • Manage & interface to estimation & costing team Vs bid management team through structured tender / bid meetings.
  • Interface to client / stakeholders & PM’s to respond against programming queries.
  • Identify programme risks and propose mitigation strategies / maintain a fully logically linked primavera p6 project programme for each tender / Ensure the schedule is fully cost & resource loaded (plant / personnel) and keep up to date to reflect execution strategy.
  • Providing regular updates to Contract’s Director / Lead Estimator / Bid Director including all stake holders Vs to achieving target delivery date of project baseline programme in comparison to accelerated programme.
