- Construction Services of Cross Country Pipe Line to Gail (I) Limited, India, for Dadri Bhawana Nangal Pipe Line Project (DBNPL) consist of pipeline of 8 & 16 inch and combined length of 116 Kms. The project involves construction contractor, material management, and commissioning and project close-outs.
- Handling project activities and drawing specifications with the clients to ensure drawings are as per the specifications of clients.
- Supervised a team of company QA/QC inspectors, welding, coating and construction related activities.
- Preparing progress reports on weekly and monthly basis as well as recording and maintaining documentation as per project requirement.
- Maintaining line status chart (completed & balance site activities such as welding, radiography, joint coating, lowering, and backfilling).
- Looking after quality control maintaining documents, co-ordination with client.
- Lowering-in, tie-in, bending, coat & wrap, etc.
- Looking of pipe book (Part-A, Part-B & Part-C).
- Preparation of stage inspection reports as per requirements.
- Conducting visual inspection on weld and parent material.
- Inspections are carried out at each stage like fit up, welding and weld visual.
- Documentation (maintaining reports as per ISO standards and preparing reports).
