Scheduler and cost controller engineer   // Contracts and Subcontracts Administrator (C&SA) 

  • Elaborate critical path analysis of the project; elaborate floats analysis; evaluate impacts and delays of the project; re-schedule activities of the project. (Sch).

  • Elaborate and evaluate additional Works budgets and claims of the project. (C&SA).

  • Review and approve payment status of contractors (construction and services), as well as elaboration of payment status of the company and review with client. (C&SA).

  • Project control using daily, weekly and monthly reports. (Sch).

  • Prepare and update project schedule previously approved by the owner. Schedule on Primavera P3. (Sch).
