Scheduler and cost controller engineer

  • Review and approve payment status of contractors (construction and services), as well as elaboration of payment status of the company and review with client.

  • Elaborate master plan (base line) of the project, detailing activities up to level 4 of the work breakdown structure. 

  • Elaborate project control sheets and mile markers for the progress measurement of the project. 

  • Project control using daily, weekly and monthly reports. 

  • Update project schedule previously approved by the owner. Schedule on MS Project.

  • Elaborate critical path analysis of the project; elaborate floats analysis; evaluate impacts and delays of the project; re-schedule activities of the project.

  • Elaborate monthly results of the project for the core group of the company.
