Project Controls Leader

  • Elaborate master plan (base line) of the project, detailing activities up to level 4 of the work breakdown structure. 

  • Maintain schedule to report progress, forecast trends, work progress and completion.

  • Elaborate project control sheets and mile markers for the progress measurement of the project. 

  • Elaborate a 40 days Schedule, in such detail that allows proper control of the activities to be performed during shut down of plant. 

  • Project control using daily, weekly and monthly reports. 

  • Update project schedule previously approved by the owner. Schedule on MS Project.

  • Elaborate critical path analysis of the project; elaborate floats analysis; evaluate impacts and delays of the project; re-schedule activities of the project.
