Project Controls - Planner / Scheduler

  • Review and control, project schedules from contractors in charge of earthworks, concrete Works, and electromechanical erection. Schedules on Project and Primavera P6.

  • Identification of considerations and constraints of resources and project variables.

  • Identification of the most appropriate concepts for project completion and success.

  • Review and control work quantities; progress measured; productivity indexes; and rates by contract and work package.

  • Elaborate project control sheets and mile markers for the progress measurement of the project. 

  • Elaborate bi-weekly and monthly reports for the owner, explaining critical activities of the period, progress planned vs. progress achieved, work quantities, manpower histograms. 

  • Update project schedule previously approved by the owner. Schedule on Primavera P6.

  • Elaborate critical path analysis of the project; elaborate floats analysis; evaluate impacts and delays of the project; re-schedule activities of the project; risk analysis (PRA).
