Application for the Post of Senior Planner
I would like to take this opportunity to apply for the post of a Senior Planner as advertised in Planning Planet website. Both sound knowledge and well-rounded experiences in planning, programme management as well as site management were accrued through 10 years working experiences with both local and international conglomerate construction companies as explicated in my CV.
Currently, as a Senior Planner / Lead Planner with Balfour Beatty, I involve in both tender & project planning. Knowledge on various types of construction methods & techniques were built-up through high exposures to different types of projects in both Europe & Asia continents. Various development sectors which I have involved in include high-rise construction, mixed-used developments, hospitals, commercial offices, retails & shopping malls, education institutions, student accommodations, airports, courts, multi-storey car parks, industrial units, residential and various infrastructure works. The various responsibilities and achievements are further explained in my CV.
I am highly educated, holding a Master of Science (MSc) in Construction Project Management and my involvement in CIOB as a Chartered Member has demonstrated my will and drive to be dedicated in both property and the built environment.
In terms of computer literacy, I am proficient in various planning softwares such as Asta PowerProject, Primavera P6, Primavera P3 and MS Project. I am also familiar with Microsoft Office softwares which includes Excel, Words, PowerPoint, Visio, Access and Outlook. I am well-travelled, open-minded and a firm believer in knowledge sharing where both the company & myself can grow mutually.
