O’DONNELL GRIFFIN: Senior Project Planner/Asst PM – Brockman 4 Phase 2 Expansion Project (FIFO) – project upwards of AUD$20mm
- Develop Primavera P6 plan to encompass all possible variations for the B4P2 mine expansion project for the installation of E,I&C systems.
- Introduced new integrated system for Cost & Resource tracking to report out of P6 into ODG’s system.
- Provide resource and cost/budget systems in both Primavera & Excel.
- Manage forensic analysiswith SMP Contractorand work-face access requirements to prepare EoT’s & delay claims.
- Manage the plan through the procurement, mobilization & project execution phases.
- Report through to the Client as well as Head Office through standard procedures such as Performance Curves, Resource Productivity analysis, cost/budget analysis, EoT Claims/Process, etc.
- Develop a system to manage the Work Packs for each Team and Work Area which could be quantified and measured to meet both ODG internal systems and Client requirements.
- Acting Project Manager in Project Manager’s absence.
