Tasks:
Construction / Fabrication planner:
- Realization of level 4 fabrication schedules for Angolan base (piping and structures) and coordination with other projects realized in parallel.
- Construction Manhours / Mobilization estimate.
- Feasibility review looking on storage and lifting equipment.
- Setting up of the construction progress measurement system
- Clarification with Angolan yards for sub-contracted activities and follow-up
- Support to subcontractors and suppliers for setting up of acceleration plan and follow-up
Support to Engineering planning leader:
- Preparation of tools for the following of reception of comments from Company for critical eng. Documents.
- Estimation of schedule impact of variation orders.
- Review, comments and following of suppliers schedules.
- Preparation of following tools dedicated to transport activities and interfaces between suppliers.
