Tasks:
Writing of the guidebook developing 5 themes: Detailed studies, Schedule, Quality, Extra works management and Documentation.
Assistant of Project Engineer:
- Realization and monitoring of construction schedule (MS-Project)
- Setting-up of methods for physical progress measurement for Studies and for Construction (various disciplines: Piping, HVAC, E&I, Utilities …)
- Follow-up of physical progress and reporting to the Client
- Realization of progress curves (s-curves) for studies and construction
Assistant to Engineering Manager:
- Control of sub-contractors and suppliers documentation (on site & head office)
- Writing and issue of procedure for the compilation of Final Documentation
- Check of Final Documentation packages from Sub-contractors & Suppliers
Assistant to Construction Manager:
- Attending to Coordination and Engineering weekly meetings
- Compilation of documentation into Final Documentation (equipment and Subcontract)
- Monitoring of Extra works
