As the operator of the above pipelines, AGL Pipelines WA is required to maintain them to the highest standard. This is achieved through highly motivated multi-disciplined teams. As Supervisor of the Karratha team, I was responsible for the following:

·       Supervising pipeline commissioning activities

·       Administration and maintaining operational budgets

·       Planning routine and breakdown maintenance on remote sites to best utilise mobile resources

·       Supervising teams, conducting employee performance appraisals and counselling

·       Conceptual Hazard and Risk Assessment with regulators to develop maintenance schedules
