- Review of commercial Terms and conditions of Tender / contract documents and provide comments / recommendations.
- Preparation / drafting of contractual terms and conditions for different kind of agreements viz. Pre-bid Agreement, JV Agreements, Cooperation Agreements, Memorandum of Understanding, Secrecy Agreements, Subcontract Agreements etc.
- Review of contractual correspondances and provide recommendations
- Checking of applications for contractual deliverables viz. Bonds & Insurances
- In Coordination with Project Team, identify contractual variations, changes
- Review of Invoice Requests received from Projects and process / issue draft Invoice for company approval
- Monitor Execution of Contracts, Subcontracts, Service Orders in compliance with terms & conditions, progress schedule, quantity survey analysis.
