Synopsis: The projects consisted of regional infrastructure design for Master Developer (Bayt Al Kidma) and the infrastructure design for the 3 sub-developers within the Island such as Sorouh, Tamouh&Najmat. The assignment involved the preparation of design program right from the master planning phase including the tendering schedule, providing planning inputs for the phasing and packaging strategy.
