The planning & scheduling of the $1.2 billion Federal Government program for the implementation Government Health Access Smartcard. A program of works to reduce fraud in the health and welfare system by a chip based smartcard.

Based in the program management office which required the integrating of sub-project schedules across the project portfolio and the regular reporting of status.
