I am an Australian citizen, Mechanical Engineer and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP-PMI) with more than sixteen (17) years of specialised experience in project planning, execution, monitoring and controls domain. I have developed and managed masters and details plan using Primavera P3/P6 and MS Project for multimillion EPCM, SMP E&I projects, mainly to the Oil&Gas and Mining industry brownfield and greenfield, onshore and offshore ventures. Currently I’m working at Das Island, Abu Dhabi, on ADGAS LNG Facility Project and Turnaround works. Earlier, I have worked with (i) FPSO topsides, offshore accommodation and Rig build projects in UAE; (ii) oil field development projects for Petroleum Development Oman (PDO) and Kuwait National Petroleum Company (KNPC); (iii) industrial plants and tank farm projects (iv) Offshore Jack-up oil well drilling with Transocean and (v) Production operations and maintenance works on Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) India offshore platforms and rigs in Bombay-High and Mining infrastructure development projects in Australia.
Over the years I have worked at various positions in the project execution hierarchy and my speciality is in project controls management. Being an expert in the project management planning & controls domain, I have directly involved in the development of Time management plan, Work packages, WBS, WBS dictionaries, Activity lists, Duration estimates, Schedule preparation, Monte Carlo Analysis, Risk review, Project control systems, Baselines, Cash flows, Resource calculation, Critical Path Analysis, Physical and Financial Deviations Analysis, Forecasts, Preparation of progress and graphical reports using “S” curves, histograms; and in the establishment of organizational procedures for management information systems. Also I have directly involved in coordinating, supervising site works, progress measurements and invoicing, quality control, risk aversion and HSE matters. I am a self-starter, team integrator and a go getter. I am highly HSE oriented and contributes to the KPIs on a constant basis.
