Within the last 6 years plus I have been working on major overseas projects mainly in the PMC position, those projects have given me valuable experience in all aspects of the construction management role.

Strengths :-

During my time on the BAA Framework at Heathrow airport, (1997 to 2001) I was actively involved with Continuous Improvement throughout the M & E process, not just with BAA but with various other Mechanical & Electrical suppliers working within the existing terminals & on the commencement of Terminal 5,

I’m was (and still am) actively involved in the promotion of team working & coaching of staff within all departments to highlight the necessity for the planning process in all aspects of their work and the need for feedback to aid the overall improvement process. Also, the last junior planner i trained went onto become the company’s young achiever of the year.
