Principal duties:

• Effectively managed and controlled major equipment ordered and delivered from Germany. Developed a systematic coordination between local company and Germany.

• In charged of Claim Management, Change Order Management (Equipment missing, Replacement, Faulty, Damage & re-ordering, Implementation and documentation of respective actions, Determine project-specific change order management procedure)

• Successfully coordinated and managed Logistic Management (Warehousing & Inventory) activities including coordination of Approval Permit (AP) application and custom clearance.

• Established proper sourcing processes and controlled all procurement resources and activities in order to deliver optimum impact of cost-cutting potential (procurement plan, target - costing) and to meet requirements relating to deadlines and quality.

• Evaluated suppliers and Sub-contractors, and maintained a current knowledge of products, materials, Supplier sources, current pricing trends, shop loads and delivery schedules. Visited Suppliers' facilities to review their capabilities and confirm their acceptability as a viable supplier or to expedite late deliveries and negotiate changes in Scope of the order.
