I’m the Contracts & Planning Manager for ITD / El-Seif Engineering & Contracting Co, Developing company working in Qatar having a project within New Doha Int. Airport (15 billion QR).
What needs to be highlighted here; is that I’ve Expert knowledge of the International Contracts Forms [FIDIC 1987 ~ 2006, established more than 5 claims [EOT for Design Changes & Concurrent Delay and EOT & Cost claim for Suspension & Rephasing situation]. Prepared more than 56 detailed schedules baselines including resources assignment, cash flow and manpower histogram using Primavera 6, 3 & MSProject.
I have also performed post Contract Administration including evaluation of claims, variations preparation and settlement of final accountsand I was the team leader for ten Engineers during the tender of 3 Mega projects in Qatar and Jeddah Airport in KSA.
