My primary role is the retrospective analysis of delay and disruption in relation to major construction and engineering projects.  I work on behalf of employer, contracting and sub-contracting organisations.  My written reports aim to provide clear impartial advice to my clients and are often used in the resolution of disputes via different forms of ADR.  I am used to working alongside lawyers (solicitors and barristers) and my work is regularly used to inform the legal professionals of the merits of a particular case.  I have been involved in several adjudications over the past 6 years and on a number of occasions have been cross examined by adjudicators in inquisitorial meetings.

I my current role I am regularly called upon to; provide contractual advice in relation to planning matters on live projects, undertake planning tasks on live projects, undertake detail audits of client programmes/systems and establish planning systems.

In addition to my primary role, I am currently responsible for all planning tasks undertaken from Driver Trett North West office (Haslingden) and I am the account manager for a major player in the renewable energy sector.

I have also written and presented a number of seminars which relate to planning and delay analysis.
