Responsibilities:

  • Prepare EOT programme, Chronology of Delay Events/Timeline and substantiations for Extension of Time Claim (Approved  by Client)
  • Prepare Detailed Programme of Work as per LREDC programme requirements.
  • Update programme of works- (Cash-flow, Actual progress schedule, Resources histogram, KPI and cost loading value report) and Productivity.
  • Prepare Weekly & Monthly Progress Reports/ Presentation for Consultant & Client
