I have over fifteen years experience in major construction projects in the Middle East. A qualified civil engineer who has strong project control skills in planning, cost control and risk management. I worked with the market leaders like Hill international, KBR, Arabtec and others in Multi-national Multi-billion construction projects and programs. I have practiced my career in different sides of the equation, had it been as a contractor, consultant or as a program manager.
My experiences varied in different on shore projects like residential commercial, Hotels and resorts, Infrastructure, Industrial (Petrochemical and heavy industry) Educational facilities, Hospitals, Bridges, High rise buildings (up to 103 story). Highways, Piping in different nature and sizes (including chilled water, Fuel Gas, water conveyance), Power Generation and transmission,
There is hardly a branch of on shore-engineering where I do not have exposure to. My Job titles ranged from site engineer, Planning Engineer, Projects controls Engineer and Manager to projects manager and projects director with only the first grade organization.
My duties towards projects was also versatile and included treatment of project in different phases including the initiation phase by participating in the business cases and feasibility analysis, to master planning and development of designs in all phases, passing by procurement of contracts, construction, project commissioning and handing over.
My contractual knowledge is also rich with different type of contracts including but not limited to design and built BOT in addition to the traditional contracts of projects designed by owners
Throughout my career I have always utilized the cutting edge technology in both software and hardware including all Oracle Primavera products (like P6, Contract manager, Pert Master), Costing tools like RIB and Hard Dollar in addition to Primavera Earned value management products, did 3D and 4D modulation with Syncro and performed a 5D modulation with traditional AutoCAD, 3d Max and other products to develop 3D models progressing with time and Cost counters
