§ Duties include planning, managing and controlling cost resources.
§ Strategic analysis of Whole life Asset Management for Construction Department.
§ Risk and Trend/Change Control using Monte Carlo/ARM
§ Strategic Management of Project Cost and Programme Schedule
§ Preparing Cost and Revenue Forecasts and using earned value to measure cost and schedule performance.
§ Managing claims and recoverable items and loss adjustments in CIP
§ Liaising with external contractors to manage claims and compensation events, commercial exploitation and CDMs (Construct, Design and Manage)
§ Developing and producing work instructions such as the commercial Gate Process and Project Control Manuals.
§ Liaising with Procurement to analyze tender documents and participate in commercial evaluation processes
§ Liaising with Project Engineers in the Quality Assurance Process.
