·         Preparation of a detailed schedule and planning work package for the monitoring of FPSO Topsides facilities construction.

·         Integration of subcontractors, for various disciplines managing schedule properly

·         Preparation of Various database Programme for Material Control, Manpower / manhour, Cost Management in an interlinked format.

·         Generating Baseline plans for progress reporting and manpower update.

·         Preparation of case for delay claims, extension of times and dispute resolution.

·         Preparation of Weekly and Monthly Reports.

·         Reports to the Project Manager
