- Prepare the overall activity schedule, labor and material schedule.
- Prepare project cash flow and s-curve.
- Manage the general coordination of work on site.
- Review and participate in preparation of variation order requests, and implement accepted variation orders with regards to schedule, manpower- and cost plans.
- Placing orders, scheduling and controlling construction materials.
- Evaluate sub contractor’s accomplishment and change orders.
- Monitoring the project activities and doing cost control.
