- Calculate work accomplishment, variation orders, construction index and monitor budgeted estimates and project cost as per schedule.
- Perform cost performance analysis and assist in risk analysis.
- Responsible for the monthly assessment of the costs and the development and establishment of the monthly project report.
- Evaluate & monitor sub-contractors accomplishment and billings.
- Assist Tender Manager in preparing tender documents & coordinate all tender team members regarding issues during tender process.
- Assist senior estimator in doing quantity take-off and prepare project cost estimate for tender project.
