Preliminary/Project Evaluation/ Technical due diligence comprises of comprehensive audit and examination of the scheme generally carried out prior loan approval and/or commencement of project. Responsible for Project & Financial Monitoring, Project Risk Management & Reporting. A member of Credit Management Committee

1. Development of standard reporting format for CMC and Board of Directors and SOP.
2. Established high level of Macro & Micro technical risk analysis standards.
3. Established and embedded Project Risk Management system.
