Role: Planning Engineer
• Contractor's work programs development & submissions.
• Record and report the actual progress of the work versus the planned work.
• Ability to generate critical milestones for the construction stage for inclusion in tender documents through detailed discussions with the Design Manager, evaluation of interfaces between buildings/infrastructure.
• Prepare technical tender evaluations.
• Prepare monthly progress reports.
• Estimate change of orders including breakdown (labor, equipment & material).
• Establish and monitor construction work schedules.
• Monitoring actual rates and compare with budget.
• Delay & Schedule impact analysis and inputs into change management systems.
• Prepare monthly progress reports.
