I’m M.Sc. holder in Construction Management from Cairo University1999 as well a M.Sc. in infrastructure engineering from Hanover University- Germany2001, also I finished my B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from Cairo University 1992.
I have more than 15 years international professional experience with Consultant, Project Management, Contractor companies in planning, cost control the large-scale mixed used residential, commercial, high rise buildings, hotels and towers projects as well as heavy civil, infrastructure, Industrial, rail and ports construction projects.
I'm widely involved in projects planning, management and controlling issues such as:
Tracking and handling the different projects types by providing the total management, planning, control and co-ordination of the projects from pretender stage to the completion, Developing the master programme, Work Breakdown structure (WBS) and the target plan for any type of construction projects, Resource allocation and leveling, Variance (Time/Cost) claim analysis, Construction laws, and FIDIC forms of contract, EOT delay and Claim analysis using different retrospective delay analysis techniques such as: as planned versus as Built, as planned, time impact analysis, Risk Analysis using the Primavera Pert-Master software.
Also I’m widely involved in Tracking follow-up and reporting, Cost estimation and budgeting, Cost control, Profitability tracking, procurement and logistics tracking and Control, Resolution of technical issues, Value Engineering, Performance reporting, Schedule development and control, Quality Control and Quality Assurance (QC/QA) for the different types of construction projects.
