Job Profile
- Identify and analyse cost reduction opportunities in all contractual services
- Ensure all submittals go through the proper channels of authorization and are documented
- Responsible for contractor measurements including Payments & Variation orders
- Provide project control supports for all projects which include variation reporting, monitoring of milestone progress to the preparation of customer billing processes, etc.
- Manage schedule control activities like activity scheduling and monitoring, as well as schedule revisions
- Techno-commercially review EPCI long time tenders (subcontractor’s quotations) for the preparation of Service agreements
- Monitor the status of all purchases, invoicing and delivery up to the closure of the project
- Coordinate and work with the project management team to resolve project issues towards successful completion/delivery
- Present and discuss project cost reports in the meeting with PMT and
- Attend project meetings and discuss with the PMT and the stakeholders the cost reports in an effort to contain cost
- Provide cost control and quantity surveying advice to the internal PMT team as and when required
