Alan is a Senior Project Controls & Planning Specialist with over 25 years’ experience and is currently working in the corporate head office of the biggest oil company in the world, Saudi Aramco, in environments ranging from small specialist projects through to large multi-billion dollar mega-projects from the conceptual design and Front End Engineering Design (FEED) stages through to Final Commissioning.
He implements and develops companywide policies and procedures that establish an organised and structured information management system culture, which in turn facilitates the accurate, timely, and transparent reporting of all project costs, schedule and risks.
He is an effective team player with excellent organisational, planning, problem solving and issue resolution skills, which are utilised to ensure a successful project controls environment.
