Senior Project Manager - Metronet Rail BCV
Responsible for delivering the track upgrade requirements of the PPP contract for TfL on the Central & Victoria lines through the design & build 'Supply Chain Contract' with Balfour Beatty Rail Projects (BBRPL). Personally responsible for managing a programme of works (96 projects) with a budget of £160 million and a team of 20 personnel.
Developed a 7.5 year strategic programme and cost forecast;
Manage risk;
Report periodically on above including mitigation strategy on variance;
Contract Administration of the 'Supply Chain Contract' with BBRPL;
Responsible for achieving implementation of EVA;
Responsible for analysing CSF's and setting up and monitoring KPI's
Improving Project Managers competence through skills and knowledge training;
Assisting with production improvement initiatives.
