* Prepare Invoices against Progress, and get it Verified by Saudi Aramco PMT

* Helped PMT coordinate with Saudi Aramco PMO Department Audits.

* Prepare and control Project Schedule in Primavera P6

~ Expand Dhahran Residential Community -Package 2 – 655 M

~ Expand Dhahran Residential Community -Package 1 – 150 M



Achievements:

* Earned the trust of SAPMT engineers through the accuracy of Invoices vs Progress Measured.

* Prepared upto Level 5 schedules in Primavera P6 with monthly updations and upkeep.



Additional Roles & Responsibilities:

o Control and monitor project total expenditure including verifying and checking of invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors and subcontractors to ensure that all project expenditures are captured and properly recorded.

o Provide Planning and cost controlling support for all projects which includes variation

reporting, monitoring of milestone progress to the preparation of customer billing processes.

o Determine project schedule by studying project plan and specifications; calculating time requirements; sequencing project elements.

o Identify and track all changes or potential changes to the project scope, ensuring estimates of cost changes and schedule impact are given visibility with the client.

o Maintain project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving

problems.

o Control project plan by reviewing schedule changes; recommending actions.

o Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and

trends; recommending actions.

o Interface with the finance department regarding project invoicing.
