My Name is Ola Adebayo. I have over 15 years Programme Planning/programme Controls experience. I am a Proficient user of most of the available Programme Planning/Controls tools i.e. Primavera (P3, P3e, P5,P6,P7), Asta Power Project, Team Plan, Ms Projects etc.
Apart from being a Proficient user of Programme Management tools, I have certifications in Project Management methodologies (Prince 2, MSP, Spearmint etc.). I also have a deep understanding of causes of delays and Budget overspends. Thus, I am writing a dissertation on Delays and Budget overspends which will be published on the internet in the near future. I have vast experience of earned value reporting and managerment (SPI, CPI, SV, CV etc), critical path analysis, system implementation, Delays and claims analysis.
I have worked in diverse industries such as Rail, Telecommunications, Oil and gas, Media, Water. Within these industries, I have been managed, planned and controlled Projects within several business units (Mechanical engineering, Electrical engineering, Power, etc).
I am happy comfortable working within a team or alone.
