-Prepare Project Baseline Schedule as per the requirement of Client and make update of same on Weekly Basis using MS Project 2016
-Prepare and Update Cash Flow for the Project
-Prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reports for the Consultant review.
-Ensuring that all assigned work is completed on time and within agreed budgets
-Supervising Projects: including in house, external contractors and sub-contractors
-Attending meetings and competently communicate with Clients, Contractors and major asset owners and stakeholders
-Prepare resource plan to make sure the Project Stays on the course agreed
-Monitor Work Progress and provide regular support to Project Manager
-Producing and processing financial measurements-Preparing inquiry and order documents
