David has more than 20 years’ experience in the construction, engineering, oil & gas and nuclear industries providing practical Project Controls and Planning services as well as Time/Delay and Contract Administration advice to a broad range of clientele within Europe, South America and the Middle East.
He has a wide experience in the production of claims for Extension of Time and the production and defence of Expert’s Reports.
David has provided sole Expert Opinion in a multi-million (U.S.) dollar dispute in the UAE and has acted as assistant to the testifying Expert in numerous claims throughout the Middle East.
