Integrated decommissioning Program (Mega-project) activities maintaining (1-st and 2-d levels):
- Base line (BL) creation and renewing for 2-d level,
- Work package progress estimation adjustment.
- Contractors schedules and milestones integration in Integrated decommissioning Program
- Monthly actual data collection and input,
- Control of actual data import from accounting and timesheet systems.
- Schedule updating to data date
- Logic scheme, dependences, critical path monthly observation and analysis,
- Variances from Base Line observation, causes analysis carrying out and reporting to planning department chief
- Status report data preparation and distributing to reporting group.
- Remaining budget recalculation based on up-to date calculation parameters (1 time per 2 years)
- Cost control based on earned value method
- Communication with all kind of company staff from decommissioning service director to foremen.
