  • Lead and provide guidance to the site engineers/planners in details work program, database for estimating and updating progress, various reporting formats necessary for collecting actual progress on daily/weekly/monthly basis.
  • Preparing project cost estimates, analyzing the cost factors involved.
  • Develop various periodic reports, for effective progress and cost control of the project.
  • Handling contractual claims, i.e. application of EOT claims / assessment of sub-contract/work contract EOT claims / impose LAD.
