Alex was assigned as the Program Scheduler on the CLSS program. The CLSS program had full EVM reporting requirements,something new to the Goodrich division. Alex showed exceptional knowledge of MS Project,program planning,resource loading and EVM in general. Alex was instrumental in starting up the EVM process and assisted in training for the team members.

The program continues to perform with the knowledge base and tools that Alex was instrumental in establishing.

Alex was an absolute pleasure to have on our team. He was dependable, reliable and results driven. He is a Master as the scheduler role, the best I have seen and his background/experience in Accounting assists in effectively managing the cost side of projects/programs.
