As you can appreciate from my CV, most of my professional experience of more than 20 years was oriented to both the tender preparation (budget, program) and the control of several contractual and economic aspects of a project, e.g.: budgets, cost control, contract administration, claim resolution, etc.

My main experience is based on several heavy engineering projects; however, I am also familiar with other types of civil works like buildings, hospitals, etc.
