Oswaldo Llerena is a very experienced planner/scheduler. The group will seek out his guidance with planning and scheduling for substations and transmission lines or using the Primavera software. He often provides training to the newer staff members and project managers. Oswaldo works well within the group and is always willing to help others. Oswaldo is an asset to my group!

I have worked with Mr. Llerena on multiple projects over the past five years, and value his knowledge and integrity.  His contributions, both individually and as part of our team, have enabled our group to consistently meet or exceed customer requirements in a fast-paced, high stress project management environment.
