Costs overrun in Talara’s refinery expansion (Peru) is a big issue for Petroperú, and people involved in this project are under big stress. Piero Anticona have been able to support PP regarding costs and project controls, using his knowledge in cost area to deliver documents, spreadsheets, reports whenever they needed, with high productivity and quality standards.
